This note is to confirm that W2 paper statements for 2022 are being distributed to all branches today. For most employees, that means your W2 will be sent to where you normally receive intercompany mail and should arrive no later than tomorrow (Friday). For those employees who are traveling extensively, please let the person at your branch who normally handles mail know whether you would like to have your form mailed to your address of record.
Please remember you can also always access all of your W2s and paystubs in Vista, our one stop information portal for all things HR, Payroll, and Benefits. Vista is available to you 24/7/365 through a secure cloud connection that doesn’t require you to be logged into PMC’s network to access. Simply click https://pmc.pdsvista.com using your XUPD network user id and password. If your XUPD user id and password isn’t working, you will need to get that fixed with our IT department first before you can log in to Vista.
